Hi, I'm Ike.

I'm Australian, currently based between Australia and Mexico. My path here wasn't a straight line — ten years in operations management, followed by more recent years in IT support and systems administration, both for Australian firms working remotely in wealth strategy and finance. It's the kind of work that has you fixing the small, unglamorous things that quietly keep a business running: processes, accounts, software, the odd fire that needs putting out before anyone else notices it started.

Somewhere along the way I started noticing the same pattern everywhere: a lot of the work people were doing by hand didn't actually need a human doing it by hand. It needed something that could follow instructions reliably, at any hour, without getting bored halfway through. That's what pulled me toward building with AI — not as a buzzword, but as a genuinely useful way to give people their time back.

These days Xeno Labs is where that shows up: custom AI agents, small internal tools, and integrations built for the way a specific team actually works, rather than a one-size-fits-all product they have to bend themselves around.

I like building things end to end — I've shipped everything from a project-management app to a voice assistant you can talk to while driving, usually because the tool I wanted didn't quite exist yet. If that sounds like your situation too, I'd like to hear about it.
